Pharos, a financial-grade asset-native Layer 1 blockchain, announced a $44 million Series A funding round on April 8, 2026. Sumitomo Corporation’s CVC arm SNZ Holding invested in Pharos, along with Chainlink, Flow Traders, and undisclosed global finance entities. Pharos builds infrastructure to bridge traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) at global scale. The company targets the $50 trillion real-world asset (RWA) and TradFi market through deep-parallel execution architecture with native compliance for real-time institutional applications.

Funding Overview

Pharos closed its Series A round on April 8, 2026, raising $44 million. SNZ Holding, Chainlink, and Flow Traders led the investment, with additional participation from undisclosed global finance investors. The funds will scale the onchain economy. Pharos’ AtlanticOcean Testnet has onboarded millions of users and millions of unique addresses ahead of mainnet launch, as broader market activity continues with developments such as INXY Raises $7M, reflecting sustained investor interest in blockchain infrastructure.
