Funding Overview

Pumpcade has closed an oversubscribed $5 million seed funding round, with Jump Crypto participating as a co-lead investor alongside Foundation Capital, which also doubled down following its prior involvement. The latest raise comes after Pumpcade secured a $1 million pre-seed round on April 02, 2026, led by Pump.fun, bringing the company’s total funding to $6 million. With this fresh capital, Pumpcade aims to accelerate its open beta launch and support its transition to mainnet in the second quarter of 2026.

About the Company

Pumpcade builds prediction markets with market lifecycles from 60 seconds to 30 minutes. Markets auto-resolve using official APIs and deterministic data sources. This approach eliminates counterparty risk and disputes. Pumpcade supports markets on crypto prices, stocks, live sports, real-time traffic, and niche data feeds.

Examples include:

  • Bets on League of Legends game outcomes, resolved via Riot Games API.
  • Bets on traffic congestion changes at specific locations, powered by TomTom GPS data.
  • Crypto and stock price markets resolved against live exchange feeds.

Pumpcade envisions its resolution engine as a standalone infrastructure layer for outcome verification across the prediction markets industry. The platform restricts markets to non-ambiguous, API-verifiable events. Harrison Leggio founded Pumpcade.

Investors

Key investors in the seed round include:

  • Jump Crypto: Jump Crypto provides expertise in decentralized technology and high-frequency, low-latency systems.
  • Foundation Capital: Matthew Nay, Partner at Foundation Capital, cited Pumpcade’s engineering depth.

Prior investors:

  • Pump.fun led the $1 million pre-seed round.

Matthew Nay stated: “We are thrilled to continue backing Harrison and the Pumpcade team. They are some of the strongest engineers who have been in the space for a while, and will execute on bringing near instant resolution to their real-time prediction markets.”

Harrison Leggio stated: “We’re incredibly grateful for the level of investor appetite and support we’ve seen. It’s a strong validation of our vision for real-time prediction markets, and gives us the momentum to move quickly toward open beta as we deliver the fastest, most reliable, and most accurate prediction market platform.”

Funding History

Pumpcade’s funding timeline includes:

  • Pre-seed: $1 million led by Pump.fun (announced on April 02, 2026).
  • Seed: $5 million co-led by Jump Crypto and Foundation Capital (closed and announced April 14, 2026).

Total raised: $6 million.

Market Context

Traditional platforms like Polymarket focus on longer-duration bets on politics, economics, and world events, whereas Pumpcade targets shorter timescales. Prediction markets have scaled to billions in volume, yet disputes over ambiguous outcomes remain common. Pumpcade addresses this by using automatic, deterministic resolutions, while Jump Crypto’s involvement aligns with Pumpcade’s real-time architecture needs.
