Funding Overview

Superstate closed additional commitments in its previously announced Series B equity funding round on April 13, 2026. The total round amounts to $82.5 million. Invesco Private Capital Inc. made a strategic investment in Superstate, joining the Series B. The exact investment amount from Invesco Private Capital Inc. remains undisclosed.

This investment expands an existing partnership. In March 2026, Superstate and Invesco announced that Invesco Advisers, Inc. will become the investment manager of Superstate’s tokenized T-Bill Fund, USTB, starting in Q2 2026.

USTB holds over $1 billion in assets. Invesco Advisers, Inc. will be the first external asset manager to use Superstate’s tokenization technology and digital transfer agent infrastructure. Superstate and Invesco Ltd. plan to collaborate on future products as part of the expanded partnership.

Robert Leshner, CEO of Superstate, stated: “Invesco becoming a strategic investor in Superstate reflects the depth of our shared conviction: tokenization is the future of investment products, and we’re building it together.”

Emily Kulback, Global Head of Product at Invesco, stated: “Superstate’s onchain infrastructure expands Invesco’s ability to scale its digital assets strategy and advances our tokenized product offerings. As the broader tokenization market continues to evolve, we believe thoughtful partnerships will support responsible innovation and help us meet the changing needs of our clients.”

About the Company

Superstate operates as a financial technology firm focused on public capital markets. Superstate connects traditional financial assets with crypto capital markets. Its platform expands access, improves liquidity, and advances capital formation.

Key offerings include:

  • Opening Bell: A platform for compliant onchain equity issuance and tokenization.
  • USTB: Superstate Short Duration US Government Securities Fund, a tokenized fund backed by US Treasuries with over $1 billion in assets.
  • USCC: A tokenized fund optimized for crypto basis exposure.

Superstate provides tokenization technology and digital transfer agent infrastructure. Both Invesco Advisers, Inc. and Invesco Private Capital Inc. are SEC-registered investment advisers and indirect, wholly owned subsidiaries of Invesco Ltd.

Market Context

Institutions are shifting from exploring tokenization to deploying products. Superstate provides infrastructure to support asset managers in bringing products onchain within a compliant framework. This momentum mirrors broader industry developments, including SimpleChain Closes $15M, highlighting growing investor confidence in blockchain infrastructure and real-world asset tokenization.

Invesco Advisers, Inc. will manage USTB using Superstate’s technology starting Q2 2026. This represents the first instance of a global asset manager utilizing Superstate’s tokenization and transfer agent tools for fund management.
