Capital B’s latest Bitcoin treasury update follows earlier fundraising efforts, including a €2.8 million convertible bond and share subscription raise in March and a $17.8 million financing round in May. Together, the deals highlight the company’s continued push to expand its Bitcoin holdings with institutional backing.
Blockstream Conversion Reshapes Capital B Shareholding
The same filing disclosed that Blockstream Capital Partners converted all of its remaining OCA B-01 convertible bonds, 14,195,352 of them, into 28,687,362 new ordinary shares, retiring the instrument completely.
That conversion alone created roughly 44 times more new shares than the separate €0.30 million equity raise Capital B completed through its ATM program with TOBAM, which added just 647,110 shares at €0.47 each.
Most of the share growth behind this update came from converting Blockstream’s existing debt into stock rather than from new outside investment. Blockstream Capital Partners now holds about 21.74% of Capital B’s ordinary shares and 35.63% on a fully diluted basis.
Capital B’s BTC Yield, its measure of bitcoin held per fully diluted share, rose to 2.14% year to date and 0.28% for the quarter. That produced a gain of 60.3 BTC year to date, worth €3.3 million, plus 8.8 BTC for the quarter, worth €0.5 million.
The company’s cumulative cost for its 3,145 BTC comes to €284.2 million, an average of €90,352 per coin. It holds a further 61 BTC separately for operational needs, excluded from those yield figures. Capital B trades on Euronext Growth Paris as ALCPB and in the United States as CPTLF.
Bitcoin Purchases Continue at Short Intervals
This was Capital B’s second bitcoin purchase in two weeks. It bought 1 BTC for €0.06 million on August 3, when it reported 3,140 BTC in holdings and a year-to-date BTC Yield of 2.13%.
The company has been building its position since adopting a bitcoin treasury strategy in November 2024, growing from 2,812 BTC in September 2025 to 3,145 BTC now. It has said its long-term goal is to hold 1% of all bitcoin, or 210,000 BTC, by 2033.
