U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $924.48 million in net inflows from Aug. 24 to Aug. 28, according to SoSoValue data. Four of the five trading sessions recorded positive flows, while the final session posted a $201.81 million outflow.

Four sessions generated more than $1.1 billion

Bitcoin ETF flows were positive on Aug. 24, 25, 26 and 27. The funds recorded $337.56 million, $314.37 million, $232.12 million and $242.24 million in net inflows, respectively. Together, those four sessions generated $1.12629 billion in gross inflows before the final-day reversal.

On Aug. 28, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a $201.81 million net outflow. That was the only negative session in the five-day period, reducing the four-day gross inflow to the final weekly net of $924.48 million. Contemporaneous reporting also identifies Aug. 28 as the break in the recent run of positive Bitcoin ETF flows.

BlackRock’s IBIT led the Bitcoin ETF flows

BlackRock’s IBIT attracted $938.32 million during the week, the largest inflow among the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs. Grayscale’s BTC followed with $81.83 million, while Fidelity’s FBTC recorded $61.98 million.

Other funds moved in the opposite direction. ARKB recorded an $85.14 million outflow, while Grayscale’s GBTC saw $77.6 million leave the fund. VanEck’s HODL recorded a $4.16 million outflow.

Ethereum ETFs also posted strong weekly demand

U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $824.42 million in net inflows over the same period, according to SoSoValue data. BlackRock’s ETHA led with $567.03 million.

Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs therefore attracted roughly $1.75 billion combined during the week. The Ethereum total was its strongest weekly result since October 2025 and a new 2026 high, according to the cited SoSoValue-derived reports.

The weekly Bitcoin result remained strongly positive despite the final-session reversal. The first four sessions generated more than $1.12 billion of gross inflows, while Friday’s outflow removed about 17.9% of that accumulated amount.

The concentration of demand in IBIT is also notable. Its $938.32 million inflow exceeded the Bitcoin ETF category’s $924.48 million net result because other products collectively recorded offsetting outflows.
