Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced that its combined crypto holdings, cash reserves, and strategic investments have reached $10.3 billion as of March 9, 2026, reinforcing its position as one of the largest crypto treasury companies globally.
The company reported holding 4,534,563 ETH, valued at approximately $1,965 per token, alongside 195 Bitcoin, $1.2 billion in cash, and a range of other investments. These include a $200 million stake in Beast Industries and a $14 million investment in Eightco Holdings.
According to the company, its Ethereum holdings now represent 3.76% of the total ETH supply, which stands at about 120.7 million ETH. Bitmine stated that this puts it more than 75% of the way toward its goal of acquiring 5% of the Ethereum supply, a milestone it has been pursuing over the past eight months.
The firm has also increased its pace of Ethereum accumulation. Over the past week alone, Bitmine acquired 60,976 ETH, higher than its recent weekly purchase average of 45,000 to 50,000 ETH.
Over $6 Billion in Staked Ethereum
Bitmine reported that 3,040,483 ETH worth roughly $6.0 billion is currently staked, representing about 67% of its total Ethereum holdings.
Based on a 2.91% annualized yield, the company estimates that its staking operations could generate around $259 million in annual rewards when all ETH is fully staked through its infrastructure and partner validators. Current annualized staking revenue stands at approximately $174 million.
The company is also preparing to launch its staking infrastructure solution, called the Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN), which is expected to go live in early 2026. Bitmine said it is working with three staking providers as part of the rollout.
Largest Ethereum Treasury
Bitmine described itself as the largest Ethereum treasury in the world and the second-largest crypto treasury globally, behind Strategy Inc., which holds more than 720,000 Bitcoin.
In addition to its crypto accumulation strategy, Bitmine emphasized that its stock has seen strong trading activity. The company said its shares rank among the 125 most traded stocks in the United States, with an average daily trading volume of about $1 billion over the past five days.
