Funding Overview

Oh secured $7.5 million in its Series A funding round announced today on April 8, 2026. This round brings the company’s total funding to $12 million. Oh raised the most capital of any adult AI startup globally. The company now holds the dominant market position in adult AI.

Maven11 Capital led Oh’s $7.5 million Series A round, with participation from L1D_xyz, Auros_global, Hashed, Maelstrom Fund, and Cadenza Ventures. Existing investors Cyberfund, KosmosVC, and Tangent_xyz also doubled down on their investments, reinforcing continued confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.

About the Company

Oh operates an adult AI platform combining consumer products with enterprise infrastructure. The company evolved from its initial consumer business OhChat.ai last year to build foundations for dominating adult AI. OhChat serves hundreds of thousands of users with consistent month-over-month revenue growth. Signed creators on the platform increased 60 times over the past 12 months.

Oh launched the Oh API, positioning it as the first multimodal adult AI API supporting text, image, video, and voice generation, along with real-time cams in the adult industry. The API already powers a dozen platforms, while the company’s enterprise segment has rapidly scaled to match its consumer business, highlighting strong demand from both AI-native platforms and traditional enterprise clients. Additionally, the Oh API enables platforms to host exclusive Digital Twins, which are synthetic AI likenesses of creators, unlocking unique intellectual property beyond standard AI capabilities.

Oh launched OhFun, enabling anyone over 18 to create and monetize a Digital Twin in under ten minutes. OhFun uses fully integrated best-in-class AI. OhFun deploys Digital Twins across OhChat and API partners, forming the largest distribution network for creator monetization without human management.

Upcoming features will allow creators to generate social media content using their Digital Twin. Users will create, own, and monetize synthetic creators on OhChat and API client platforms. This opens the creator economy to anyone while eliminating drawbacks of using personal likeness.

Oh uniquely combines OhChat, OhFun, and the Oh API to create compounding flywheels. More Digital Twins drive user demand on OhChat and enterprise API adoption. Greater scale improves model quality and unit economics, attracting more users, API clients, and creators, reflecting broader momentum in emerging technologies where major developments such as Pharos Secures $44 Million continue to signal strong investor confidence across the ecosystem.

Over the past year, Oh evolved beyond its purely consumer business OhChat.ai. The company laid foundations to dominate adult AI by combining consumer products with enterprise infrastructure. This strategic shift validated strong demand for industry-leading AI capabilities from emerging and legacy platforms alike.

The company’s dual-sided business model enables unique offerings unavailable from other enterprise solutions. Oh’s flywheel effect creates lasting dominance in adult AI through compounding growth across all three business components.

Market Context

Oh targets an 11-figure adult AI market. The company views this as a generational opportunity to define and dominate a new category. The market remains largely insulated from major AI labs while tapping into compounding flywheels through consumer and enterprise products.

Oh is synonymous with the “AI OnlyFans” moniker. The company has sustained global mainstream press coverage. Oh has firmly entered cultural discourse beyond crypto, AI, and adult niches.

Oh forecasts 2026 as the year adult AI goes mainstream, with content quality rapidly becoming indistinguishable from real production. The company highlights how AI enables on-demand, personalized output at a fraction of traditional costs, while also positioning AI-generated content as safer since no humans are involved. As Oh continues to scale distribution, it views the shift toward AI-driven adult content as both inevitable and irreversible.
