BlackRock transfers over $89 million in Bitcoin and Ethereum to Coinbase as institutional crypto activity continues to intensify.

BlackRock has transferred a significant amount of digital assets to Coinbase, according to on-chain data. The latest transaction took place on February 23, 2026, at 11:52:02 UTC, involving both Bitcoin and Ethereum based on OnchainLens.

The firm deposited 1,134 BTC worth approximately $75 million and 7,553 ETH valued at around $14.46 million to Coinbase.The transfers have been observed on-chain, with large institutional movements typically tracked by analysts and blockchain data providers.

Continued Institutional Activity: The deposits occurred alongside other recent on-chain transactions involving large cryptocurrency holders. Large transfers to centralized exchanges such as Coinbase are commonly recorded and analyzed using on-chain data.
